Welcome to Thousand Cranes Pharmacy. We are an independently owned and local California licensed retail pharmacy. Our practice focuses on the seniors, the elderly and challenged individual living at home; in senior communities; in assisted living facilities; in residential care facilities; and long-term care facilities. Their medication management issues are unique and we are part of the care-team.
With over 35 years of pharmacy experience, we understand the need to provide a reliable and predictable medication management process. We partner with our patients, families, physicians, and the facility medical staff so that we can contribute to the best possible health outcomes.
We achieve our goals by providing unique medication packaging, on-time refills and delivery, available 24/7, accepting most medication insurance plans and adherence to HIPAA patient privacy guidelines.
